Instructions for Authors

  • Authors are initially invited to submit a digest in IEEE double-column format (PDF) template (5 pages max), including figures and references.
  • Standard manuscript templates for conference proceedings in LaTeX and Word are present at Standard IEEE Templates.
  • Submit paper via link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/NEIECCE2026
  • Accepted papers after the initial review will get the opportunity to submit a full paper (6 pages max.).
  • Up to two (2) extra pages are permissible with an additional fee to be paid at the time of registration.
  • All papers submitted to NE-IECCE 2026 will undergo a plagiarism check. Papers with similarity scores of 30% or above may be rejected without further review, and no single source should exceed 10% similarity.
  • Acceptance of the digest does not guarantee acceptance of the final paper.
  • Paper title and authors' order should not be changed while submitting the final camera-ready paper.
  • All accepted and presented papers at IEEE NE-IECCE 2026, following a rigorous peer-review process, will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication and indexing in major databases.
  • Limited funds are available for students to travel to the conference for paper presentation and participation.

All registered and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for possible publication, subject to meeting IEEE eligibility criteria. Extended versions of all (100%) presented papers will also be considered for further review and potential publication in the IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications or the IEEE Industry Applications Magazine.
