STEP I: Final Camera-ready Paper Submission Preparation

1. Please follow the IEEE two-column A4 size standard conference format for preparing your final manuscript. For more details, please visit the IEEE Templates page: Standard IEEE Templates

2. Revised Version: Revise your paper based on reviewers’ comments or suggestions. The reviewer’s comments are available on the conference Microsoft paper management site given below: CMT Login

Authors should make sure that the reviewers’ and meta-reviewers’ comments have been addressed in the final manuscript. Failure to comply with the requirements will result in rejection, as per the evaluation of the TPC members

3. The maximum page limit is six pages, including references. Do not include an author biography at the end. Up to two (2) extra pages are permissible with an additional fee to be paid at the time of registration.

4. Similarity index with other papers should be less than 30%, excluding references, or above may be rejected without further review, and no single source should exceed 10% similarity. The maximum file size allowed is 5 MB, and the file format should be PDF (.pdf) without encryption or passwords.

5. The corresponding author should ensure that all the authors are added to the CMT account during the submission of Camera-Ready Paper. The same will appear during e-copyright submission. Later, any change is not possible.

STEP II: IEEE Electronic Copyright Notice

1. An appropriate copyright notice is to appear at the bottom of the first page of each paper. Replace the copyright notice in the camera-ready paper template (if it is provided in the template) with the correct copyright notice as follows:

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-8359-0/26/$31.00 ©2026 Crown
• For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-8359-0/26/$31.00 ©2026 European Union
• For all other papers, the copyright notice is:979-8-3315-8359-0/26/$31.00 ©2026 IEEE

3. Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

STEP III: PDF eXpress Account Check

1. PDF eXpress Check: After preparing the final revised manuscript, submit your manuscript to PDF eXpress using Conference ID (69680X). Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress ^TM site through the following link IEEE PDF eXpress.

2. For First-Time users should do the Following:

• Select the New Users - Click Here link
• Enter the following:

• 69680X for the Conference ID
• Your email ID
• A password

• Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

STEP IV: Submit the final pdf (Camera Ready version) generated from the IEEE PDF eXpress account via. your CMT account.

1. Submit the Camera-Ready Paper (after passing it through PDF eXpress check) through the CMT account.

2. Before Camera-Ready Paper submission, please change the PDF eXpress checked camera-ready paper file name to PID-XX before submission to the CMT account. For example: “PID-36” (where XX is your paper ID in CMT)

3. Upload the same during the registration process.

STEP V: Complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form through the CMT account, download the generated e-copyright, and upload the same during the registration process.
