2026 IEEE North-East India International Energy Conversion Conference and Exhibition

NE-IECCE 2026 invites applications for the Student Travel Award, aimed at partially supporting the travel expenses of students presenting accepted papers at the conference.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the IEEE IAS Student Travel Award, applicants must:

1. Be a full-time student enrolled in an accredited institution of higher education.

2. Hold an active IEEE student membership.

3. Be the first author of an accepted NE-IECCE paper with the final version uploaded.

4. Complete the NE-IECCE registration on or before the specified deadline.

5. Attend the conference in-person and present the accepted paper.

Application Process

Upon paper acceptance, students must submit their application via the Google Form

Before filling out the application, the following documents should be prepared:

1. Cover Letter mentioning the need for travel support.

2. Endorsement letter from the HoD/Supervisor (with designation and seal) justifying the need for the travel award.

3. A copy of CV.

4. PDF(s) of the final accepted paper(s).

Award Presentation

The STA will be presented during the Valedictory and Awards Ceremony at NE-IECCE 2026.

Award

The award includes a certificate and 20,000 INR for each selected student.
